FAQ
HOW DOES MY GIFT BOX ARRIVE?
We send all of our cheese gift selections out in beautifully presented branded gift boxes. We take special care to wrap and pack everything so that it is a joy to open and receive.
CAN I CHANGE ANYTHING IN THE GIFT SELECTIONS?
If you like the sound of the selection but a certain cheese isn't to your taste, simply drop us an email once you've ordered and ask to swap that item out. It's no problem.
This is especially relevant if needing pregnancy friendly or vegetarian only selections.
DO YOU DELIVER NATIONWIDE?
Yes, we deliver throughout the UK mainland. Some remote areas may take a couple of days but generally Royal Mail are very good at getting our parcels to their destinations on time.
WHEN WILL THE GIFT BOX ARRIVE?
You choose your delivery date at the checkout. If ordering for a special occasion please allow an extra day or two incase of unforeseen courier delays.
Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. We deliver Tuesday to Friday.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY DATE ONCE I'VE ORDERED?
This is no problem, just drop us an email or a call and we can arrange that for you. Alternatively, you can adjust delivery dates, addresses and contact information in your account page.
CAN I ADD A MESSAGE INSIDE MY GIFT BOX?
Yes! At the checkout you will get the option to choose one of our designed gift cards. You then type out a message that we print off and place inside the card which goes inside the gift box.
WHAT ARE THE BEST-BEFORE DATES ON THE CHEESES?
All of our cheeses by law must have a 12-14 day best-before date on them. This is a guide, not a use by. Please use your senses as certain cheeses can last longer than this guide. Smell, taste and trim your cheese.
