A box packed with some of our most-loved cheeses, Best Sellers brings together a delicious mix of rich, creamy, bold and indulgent flavours – with a little chilli heat thrown in for good measure.

Inside, you’ll find Kaltbach Alpine, a beautifully matured Swiss cheese with a rich, nutty character, alongside Vintage Red Fox, a firm and flavour-packed Red Leicester style cheese with plenty of depth. Grand Noir brings a touch of drama, with its creamy interior and distinctive dark wax coating, while Délice de Bourgogne is wonderfully rich, soft and indulgent.

To finish, there’s fiery Fireflame Chilli Jam, perfect for adding a sweet and spicy contrast to the cheeses, and crisp Fourseed Sourdough Crackers for piling high with your favourite combinations.

Please note each cheese is cut to 200g by hand, therefore the weights listed are approximate. We work very hard to cut them as accurately as we can.

Kaltbach Alpine
Weight: 200g.
Kaltbach Alpine is a firm pressed, deliciously smooth, Swiss mountain cheese made using the finest, fresh Swiss cream and cows milk. Kaltbach has all the qualities you would expect from any alpine cheese. It has a creamy, buttery and slightly nutty flavour and is a delicious alternative to Gruyere when cooking. Pairing Suggestion - Italian Antipasti Meats A whole cheese weighs approx. 4kg, if you would like a whole cheese please contact us so we can arrange this for you.

Vintage Red Fox
Weight: 200g.
Vintage Red Fox is a Red Leicester style cheese with a distinct crunch. It has a smooth, sweet, mellow flavour and a flaky, open texture. Like other red cheeses, Red Fox gets its colour from the flavourless dye from the South American plant Annatto. Pairing Suggestion - Lincolnshire Plum Bread

Grand Noir
Weight: 200g.
Grand Noir is a fine, regional cow's milk cheese made by the Käserei Champignon company in Germany. It is an extremely approachable, creamy blue cheese, and is very similar in both flavour and texture to Montagnolo Affeine. Pairing suggestion - Fourseed Sourdough Crackers

Delice de Bourgogne
Weight: 200g.
A decadent triple-cream cheese. Rich and full-flavoured with a smooth, velvety, melt-in-the-mouth texture. Delice de Bourgogne is made by adding crème fraiche to full fat cows milk. It has a white, bloomy rind which has a mushroomy smell that contrasts nicely with the buttery and tangy notes of the cheese. Pairing Suggestion - Thyme Infused Honey. A whole Delice de Bourgogne weighs approx 1.8kg.

Fireflame Chilli Jam
Weight: 225g.
Fireflame Chilli Jam is a mild, yet firey jam from the Single Variety Co. Made with all-natural ingredients, this is a slightly different pairing for cheese but works beautifully with most.  We recommend trying this delicious preserve with stilton, crumbly cheeses and creamy soft cheeses. Pairing suggestion - FERME CHEVRE. Local Fourseed Sourdough Crackers
Weight: 100g.
Fourseed Sourdough Crackers are unique crackers made by a local bakery. Made from the starter used for their fresh sourdough loaves, creating toasty, crunchy, robust crackers. The result is deliciously moreish with a nutty flavour and the addition of toasted seeds. These are perfect with most cheeses and ideal for dipping in softer cheeses like Delice de Bourgogne or baked Tunworth. Pairing Suggestion - soft cheeses Please note these crackers are made in an artisan bakery that handles nuts.
