Fennel Salami
Description
Affectionately known as ‘chubbs’, these little whole salamis are made for slicing at home & sharing with anyone who loves proper British charcuterie. Made using toasted & ground fennel seeds, this salami develops a deliciously fresh, natural fennel flavour that perfectly complements the pork. A great gift, a fridge essential, or just an excuse to stock up on the good stuff.
Made by Sunday Charcuterie, who have an incredible ethos for keeping animals. In all instances, the pigs are truly free-range, reared as part of small herds in either paddocks or as part of a woodland management scheme, for anything between ten months & two years. Their diets are always completely natural, & depending on the farm they are reared on, are supplemented with whey, fruits, vegetables, & what they can forage.
Pairing suggestion – Comte
Each salami weighs approx. 125 – 140g
