Description
A decadent triple cream cheese made by Fromagerie Lincet in the Burgundy region of France. Rich and full flavoured with a smooth, velvety, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
Delice de Bourgogne is made by adding creme fraiche to full fat cows milk. It has a white, bloomy rind with a mushroomy aroma that contrasts nicely against the buttery, tangy notes of the paste.
It sits alongside other classic French cheeses such as Brillat Savarin and Explorateur. It resembles a brie in appearance, but that is where the similarity ends: this one delivers an extra triple cream punch. Best enjoyed when it is running off the plate.

Delivery
Your cheese is cut fresh to order, wrapped and packed by hand and delivered on the day you choose. We deliver across the UK from Tuesday to Friday each week. If you are ordering for a gift or special occasion we advise you to always allow an extra day in case of any unforeseen courier delays.

Honey and a triple cream is close to dessert. Serve it properly at room temperature, with a plain cracker so nothing competes.
Take it out of the fridge an hour before you want it. Cold triple cream is a waste of everyone's time.

Cheese is best kept in the fridge wrapped in the waxed paper or packaging it arrives in. Avoid plastic wrap, as cheese needs to breathe.
How long will my cheese last?
Most cheeses will last 1-2 weeks if stored properly. Harder cheeses tend to last longer than soft cheeses.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver throughout the UK mainland. Some remote areas may have longer delivery times.
When will my cheese order arrive?
Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. We deliver Tuesday to Friday.
Is your cheese pasteurised?
We stock both pasteurised and unpasteurised cheeses. Each product page clearly states whether the cheese is pasteurised.
