Raclette with Chilli Weight: 200g.
A Swiss mountain cheese, delicious when melted over the ever-popular Raclette machine or oven-baked over new potatoes until melted. Full flavoured with that extra spicy kick. This Raclette has the delicious addition of red chillies which adds a wonderful kick and spicy hit to the melted cheese. This has proven to be a very popular flavour with our customers and is a wonderful alternative to the traditional style. Pairing Suggestion - Italian Antipasto Meats This particular Swiss Raclette comes in rectangular wedges ready for melting pans, if you want to receive your Raclette in slices, please ask or add it to the notes on the checkout page.
Fireflame Chilli Jam Weight: 100g.
Fireflame Chilli Jam is a mild, yet firey jam from the Single Variety Co. Made with all-natural ingredients, this is a slightly different pairing for cheese but works beautifully with most. Mature Cheddar & Smoked Chilli Biscuits Weight: 36g.

Using award-winning St. Andrews Farmhouse mature cheddar from the east coast of Scotland, these biscuits are powerful, tangy and have a long finish with a satisfying crunch and layers of smoky, warm richness.

How should I store my cheese once it arrives?
Cheese is best kept in the fridge wrapped in the waxed paper or packaging it arrives in. Avoid plastic wrap, as cheese needs to breathe.
How long will my cheese last?
Most cheeses will last 1-2 weeks if stored properly. Harder cheeses tend to last longer than soft cheeses.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver throughout the UK mainland. Some remote areas may have longer delivery times.
When will my cheese order arrive?
Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. We deliver Tuesday to Friday.
Is your cheese pasteurised?
We stock both pasteurised and unpasteurised cheeses. Each product page clearly states whether the cheese is pasteurised.
