Fireflame Chilli Jam

Fireflame Chilli Jam is a mild, yet firey jam from the Single Variety Co. Made with all-natural ingredients, this is a slightly different pairing for cheese but works beautifully with most.

We recommend trying this delicious preserve with stilton, crumbly cheeses and creamy soft cheeses.

Pairing suggestion – FERME CHEVRE.

Single Variety Co. Fireflame Chilli Jam weighs approx. 225g.

Dazel Ash

This delightful goat’s cheese has an edible ash coating which matures into a crinkly rind which takes on a lustrous satiny, dark hue of black and white. It has fresh, clean flavours which pair perfectly with lemon curd, wildflower honey or frozen grapes.

Each cheese weighs approx. 220g

If you love this cheese and it is out of stock (which it so often is!!) we seriously suggest trying cabri d’ici.

Stichelton

The flavours of Stichelton are intesenly delicious, creamy, nutty and reminiscent of apples with underlying toasty notes. The delicate veins of blue-green mould beneath the rusty-coloured, orange-brown rind behold a spicy, savoury element and a long-lasting caramel-like sweetness.

Pairing Suggestion – lemon cheese preserve

Ticklemore

Ticklemore is a handmade cheese pressed into an unusual basket mould, which makes the cheese distinctive and instantly recognisable. The cheese is allowed to develop a natural rind and the resulting flavour is mature with a lingering finish. Maturation is usually around 2- 3 months, when the texture softens and becomes richer with ageing.

A whole cheese weighs approx. 1.6kg.
