Rosary Goat Garlic & Parsley Buttons are produced by Rosary Goats Cheese in Salisbury. This is a fresh, creamy goat’s cheese with a mousse-like texture and a natural acidity.

Cabri D’Ici

A fresh and tangy, ash-coated French goats cheese with a soft, mousse-like texture. A ‘not too goaty’ goats cheese. As it matures the flavour gets saltier and the texture becomes drier. Fresher and lighter than typical Loire Valley cheeses, it is a very smooth and pleasing cheese that goes well with dry white wine.

Goat Gouda with Fenugreek

This unusual Goats Cheese with Fenugreek is a fresh, light and creamy Dutch cheese with the addition of Fenugreek seeds that give it a nutty and savoury flavour, the aftertaste is of celery notes and a crunchy texture which creates texture and bite.

Rachel

Rachel is a semi-firm goats cheese with a lightly washed rind with subtle sweet and nutty lingering flavours. As the cheese matures it is washed regularly in a brine solution which gives it its pinky rind with occasional neon orange and yellow spots. Rachel is a delightfully fragrant cheese, for those who enjoy a cheese that is not too strong or overly ‘goaty’ on the palate.
