Like other red cheeses, it takes its colour from annatto, a flavourless natural dye from a South American plant.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is hand-made at Belton Farm in Shropshire by the Beckett family, using a unique recipe developed over many years.
