The dairy grew out of a friendship between Tom and Neil, who met at the University of Plymouth and had a vision for how dairy farming could be done differently.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe farm is now home to 800 free-range cows who graze and roam outside all year round.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eHow much to buy\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll cheeses are hand cut, therefore the weights listed are approximate. We work very hard to cut them as accurately as we can and happy to offer advice on purchasing the right amount if you are unsure.
