Norfolk is not known for dairy, as cheesemaker Jane Murray points out, but her patch of land has richer, wetter soil than other parts of the county. The cheese is handmade on the farm using milk from a sixty-strong herd of white Friesian sheep grazing the Black Fens of Wymondham.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eJane began making cheese with milk from her flock twenty-one years ago, becoming the county's first commercial cheesemaker, and is still the only cheesemaker selling ewes milk cheese in Norfolk.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eHow much to buy\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach cheese weighs approximately 170g.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll cheeses are hand cut, therefore the weights listed are approximate.
