It has a golden-yellow paste with a buttery taste and that classic squeaky cheese texture.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBlue Sky Cheese was created by Jeremy and Becky in 2017. They built everything from scratch on the back of previous experience, Jeremy having worked at Lincolnshire Poacher for a number of years and Becky's family being dairy farmers. We work very hard to cut them as accurately as we can and happy to offer advice on purchasing the right amount if you are unsure. Royal Mail are very reliable, and most parcels arrive within 24 hours, but occasional delays can happen.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf you’re ordering cheese for a special occasion, party or event, we recommend having it delivered a couple of days beforehand. It is then placed inside a thermal foil pouch with a frozen gel pack to keep it cool on its journey. The gel pack will naturally defrost during transit; this is completely normal.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFinally, everything is carefully packed into a branded box to keep your order safe and presentable when it arrives.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe’re also conscious of the environmental impact of packaging.
