This is a full-flavoured, semi-soft blue cheese with a lovely peppery finish and creamy texture. Handmade by the Stones family on their farm in Tain, Scotland, from predominantly Ayrshire cow’s milk, this award-winning blue cheese has a rich lingering flavour. The cheese is matured for around 6 – 8 weeks, allowing it to develop and mature. Perfect for Burns Night entertaining.
