Grantham Gingerbread is a delicate, light-textured “gingerbread” biscuit, made to a very secret and ancient recipe, which was rediscovered and is now handmade by Alastair in Grantham, Lincolnshire. We have found that these biscuits are amazingly good with cheese, so far we have tested Kaltbach, Delice de Bourgogne, and Comte (all fairly firm cheeses) with excellent results. I suppose we must keep trying…

Each box of Grantham Gingerbread weighs approx. 115g.
