Grazing is a popular business these days, and rightfully so! Cheese is the ideal grazing item and we love to create beautiful grazing boards using a wide variety of seasonal cheeses. When the hot weather hits there is nothing better than ignoring the oven and taking dinner outside. Creating a simple grazing board is easy with seasonal cheeses, breads, olives and crackers.
We suggest roughly cutting shards off the cheeses and leaving a wedge in place, then tucking your various accompaniments around the cheeses. Finish off with fresh rosemary or herbs.
Everything works as an accompaniment here, there’s no right or wrong. A grazing board like the one pictured would roughly feed around 15 people. Just take chilled beverages and music and head into the outdoors!!
