These cheeses are not available for individual purchase on our website, giving subscribers a truly unique experience. Our cheesemongers cut, wrap, and pack the cheeses fresh to order and send them out in a gift box with tasting notes and an optional gift message on a date of your choice.

SELECTA decadent triple-cream cheese. Rich and full-flavoured with a smooth, velvety, melt-in-the-mouth texture. Delice de Bourgogne is made by adding crème fraiche to full fat cows milk. It has a white, bloomy rind which has a mushroomy smell that contrasts nicely with the buttery and tangy notes of the cheese.
Pairing Suggestion - Thyme Infused Honey.
A whole Delice de Bourgogne weighs approx 1.8kg.
Delice de Bourgogne
Rachel is a semi-firm goats cheese with a lightly washed rind with subtle sweet and nutty lingering flavours. As the cheese matures it is washed regularly in a brine solution which gives it its pinky rind with occasional neon orange and yellow spots. Rachel is a delightfully fragrant cheese, for those who enjoy a cheese that is not too strong or overly ‘goaty’ on the palate.
Pairing Suggestion - LEMON CHEESE PRESERVE.

Rachel
This is a rich, pasteurised, blue cow's milk cheese created by Alex James, a former band member of Blur, turned cheesemaker. Faintly sweet, intensely savoury, spicy, and a rich, complex flavour. The cheese has bold cracks and blue streaks with a thin natural rind.
