You can still give our Cheese Club this Christmas. You will receive a gift sheet by email when you place your order that you can print off and put in a card to give for Christmas. These cheeses are not available for individual purchase on our website, giving subscribers a truly unique experience. Our cheesemongers cut, wrap, and pack the cheeses fresh to order and send them out in a gift box with tasting notes and an optional gift message on a date of your choice.

SELECTA full fat square-shaped, hand wrapped and wax sealed, soft bloomy, organic, rinded cheese. This cheese is made to an early recipe, similar in style and flavour to a Coulommiers. Can be eaten young or allowed to fully develop resulting in a richer, fuller, much creamier flavour.
